When a veteran enters the court, they don’t walk in alone. Mentors help them readjust to civilian life, find their way through the court, treatment, and VA systems, and stay on track. A mentor is a guide, an advocate, and an ally.
All you need is to have served in the armed forces, be willing to listen, and show up.
