Our Services

Hero’s Path VTC serves as a community support partner for the Williamson County Veterans Treatment Court by helping provide resources that may fall outside traditional court or government funding.

Our work includes:
Mentorship, recovery support, rides and basic needs, job help, community outreach, and veteran partnerships.

The Difference Your Gift Makes

Hero’s Path VTC is a community support partner for the Williamson County Veterans Treatment Court. We fund the resources that fall outside court and government budgets, because small gaps like a missed ride or a lost job can derail a veteran’s progress.

Mentorship

Every veteran is matched with a fellow veteran who meets with them weekly.

Recovery Support

Help staying on track with treatment and mental health, beyond what the court provides.

Transportation

Rides and basic needs help, so nothing stands between a veteran and their next step.

Job Support

Job resources and reintegration support to help veterans rebuild a steady life.

Community

Outreach across Williamson County that connects veterans with people who care.

Legal Support

We work with local veteran organizations to connect participants to the right help.

Housing
